| Historic Orange County Architecture Lecture by Richard Hull |
On Thursday evening, October 1st, NYU Professor and Warwick Historian, Richard Hull presented a lecture on historic architecture in Orange County as part of the Orange County Citizens Foundation and SUNY Orange's joint exhibit on the subject. About 50 people from all over the region attended the event. Dr. Hull provided a wonderful overview of the many types of residential, commercial, and public structures that could be found throughout Orange County over the centuries. He stressed the need to preserve our historic structures rather than allowing them to deteriote or be replaced by more modern structures that have less archtectural and historic significance.
